It’s comes many size and shape like 6 tray, 12 tray, 24 tray, 48 tray, 96 tray and 192 trays. The constructions of the machines as per requirements of the client; it can be inner side outer side used MS or GMP models depending upon the products and organization requirements.
Constructions
It is constructed from 3mm thick sheet and suitably reinforced with angle and section. The tray dryer external walls are manufactured from 1.6mm thick with stainless steel sheet of 304 quality. The internal of the dryer is built of 1.6 mm thickness of SS 304 quality sheet.
It is insulated with minimum 50 mm thick glasses wool insulations and Cladded with SS, Polish sheet. Door lip is having Neoprene rubber Gaskets to prevent leakage.
Finishing
It is buffed externally to 150 grit matt finished and internally buffed to 220 grit mirror finished.
Trays
Tray dryer will be manufactured from 1.6 mm SS 304 sheet. The Tray has rounded corners with mirror finished from inside and outside. SS 316 quality is available on requirements
