Mechanical Sifter
Mechanical sifter machine is useful for gradation and separation of dry powders or granules based on gyratory vibration principle. This machine utilizes screens of different sizes for sifting and separating materials until the required size is obtained.
Mechanical sifters are mainly used in production of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, dyes, ceramics, cosmetics, and mainly in the food processing industry etc. We provide mechanical sifters of various sizes (ranging from 12” to 36” diameter along with suitable motor HP) as per requirements. Screen size for gradation range from 14 to 200 mesh.

Vibro Sifter
The Vibro Sifter machine works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. The material is separated based on its particle size. Once the motor gets energized, vibration is caused in the screen/sieve making the material travel across the sieves according to its particle size. This machine is used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industry.
In three different planes, vibration takes place along the vertical axis utilizing a specially designed vibratory motor that meets various output requirements. It causes 100% rotary motion and causes dispersion stirring & stratification of material to sift. Feed material flows in a horizontal pattern along with a loop pattern on the vibroscreen.
The Gem Vibro sifter machine is designed to run on 400/440 V, 3 phase, 50 cycles electric supply with adjustable eccentric weight at the centre of the base plate of screening. The screening unit consists of SS 304 / 316 screens sandwiched between SS 304 / 316 hopper and bowl with help of special clamp with gasket.
