LIFTER & POSITIONING MACHINE
Lifting and positioning device is designed to lift and position any type of ‘ In process’ container or storage bins. This device is mainly used in solid dosage manufacturing and also for liquid compounding operation. This device is designed to achieve dust free transfer of ‘ In Process’ materials enhancing cGMP standard and eliminates laborious manual operation. It can be used along with the main equipment such as bin blender, tablet press, capsule filling etc.
It consists of a Mainframe, Bin fixing arm, Hydraulic lifting device, and Pivot base. This mainframe moves 360 degrees on the axis and Bin fixing arm moves upward and downward in the frame by using hydraulic cylinder and power pack system.

MOBILE LOADING SYSTEM
Mobile loading systems are used for lifting storage bins and later positioning the same at their destination. With these devices, a tilting facility is provided, owing to which the product container can be emptied. Further, this system helps in charging the material in order to process the equipment.
These units are constructed using various standard assemblies which offer individual solutions to each application of solid dosage and also for liquid compounding operation. Mobile loading system is evolved to achieve dust free transfer of in-process materials enhancing cGMP standard and simultaneously eliminating laborious manual operation.
The elevator operates by engaging the container to a semi-circular/single hook/fork type/platform/lift arm attached to a column. The container is then raised or lowered by hydraulic system with built in safety parameters.

Lifting and Tipping Device
Gem Pharma’s lifting and tipping device is operated hydraulically or mechanically for lifting and tipping heavy containers to any elevation. For e.g. FBD Bowl loaded with dried granules. Content of the Bowl is transferred smoothly to granulating equipment and through it to an IPC container. It provides completely dust free mobile operation and eliminates tedious scooping or manual handling.
The process consists of bringing the container beneath the Tipper. The inverted cone of the Tipper is lowered so that the brim flange of the bowl touches the brim flange of the inverted cone. Both are then clamped together with quick fixing clamps. The whole assembly is raised hydraulically to the required height and then rotated mechanically and lowered to a suitable height to align with the receiving container/equipment.
The discharge point cone is fitted with a butterfly valve through which the contents are discharged to the suitable machine as per the process requirement.
