Fluid Bed Dryer
A fluid bed dryer is a machine that is used for the application of drying/mixing of powders and agglomeration. It ensures a high rate of moisture removal that eventually results in high heat and mass transfer rates. The machine performs a single stage operation and is mostly employed for converting solutions and slurries into dry powders with no need for intermediate handling. Fluid bed dryers perform high-speed processes at controlled temperatures that ensure high efficiency of the entire operation.
A fluid bed dryer works on a principle of fluidization of the materials. In the fluidization process, hot air or gas flow is introduced through the bed of solid particulates. This gas or air will move upwards through the spaces between the particles. As the velocity increases, upward drag forces on the particles increase and at a stage become equal to the gravitational forces beneath. Hence the bed is said to be fluidized and the particles are suspended in the fluid.

Tray Dryer Machine
The Air tray dryer is a conventional drying equipment with enclosed insulated chambers and trays placed on top of each other in a trolley. It is an example of a static bed dryer. In this process, there is no relative movement among the solid particles being dried. It is operated in a batch process. This type of dryer operates by passing hot air over the surface of a wet solid that spread over trays arranged in racks and due to forced convection moisture is removed.
It consists of a chamber whose wall is insulated by thick glass wool or suitable heat insulating material. Inside the chamber, there are various trays on which wet materials are placed. The dryer is attached to the provision of air inlet and air outlet. The fan in the dryer is used to circulate air over the material placed in trays. The heater is also provided inside to facilitate uniform heating. The door of the heater is explosion-proof and is locked with the help of spring-loaded ball latches with suitable pressure. Door lips have a neoprene rubber gasket to prevent leakages.
It consists of a chamber whose wall is insulated by thick glass wool or suitable heat insulating material. Inside the chamber, there are various trays on which wet materials are placed. The dryer is attached to the provision of air inlet and air outlet. The fan in the dryer is used to circulate air over the material placed in trays. The heater is also provided inside to facilitate uniform heating. The door of the heater is explosion-proof and is locked with the help of spring-loaded ball latches with suitable pressure. Door lips have a neoprene rubber gasket to prevent leakages.

• The tray dryer external and internal walls are manufactured from 1.6mm thick with stainless steel sheet of 304 quality.
• It is insulated with minimum 50 mm thick glasses wool insulations and cladded with SS polished sheet.
• It is buffed externally to 150 grit matt finish and internally buffed to 220 grit mirror finish.
• Specially designed locking system is provided for easy tightening of door.
• Sophisticated control panel with On/Off push buttons and indicating lamps.
• Adjustable damper (outlet).
• Heating media - electric / steam For uniform drying.

Vacuum Tray Dryer Machine
Vacuum Tray Dryer is suitable for rapid drying of thermal sensitive materials easily resolved, polymerized of deteriorated under higher temperature. Sterilization can be conducted prior to the drying process, during which no matter is allowed to enter the product.
